Although the maximum board size is 2400mm × 1220mm (equivalent to

8ft × 4ft) multiple boards can be printed and easily placed side-by-side to increase the image area.

As the Foamex is lightweight, it can be easily installed with adhesive or

strong double-sided tape as well as having the durability to be screwed

straight through.

​

Our Foamex is finished by printing onto Self-Adhesive Vinyl, which is then applied to the board. This is to ensure the best quality print. After

finishing and cutting, the SAV is not noticeable on the Foamex.

​

As with any foam-based products, please be aware of possible expansion

in heated conditions and direct sunlight. If there is no room for expansion

(if it is within a frame) this can cause the product to warp.

​

Standard product tolerance is expansion of up to 5mm per linear meter.
